Sandy Springs Endodontics
Description
Do you want to love where you work? Sandy Springs Endodontics is a new, state-of-the-art practice currently building a team that will deliver an outstanding patient experience in a positive, collaborative atmosphere. Office culture is a top priority, and we value compassion, open communication, and continuous growth and learning.
We are specifically seeking highly motivated, personable assistants who are eager to become experts in endodontics. We view dental assistants as critical treatment partners and our new, state-of-the-art operatories have been carefully designed to reflect that. Our dental assistants will have their own set of microscope optics allowing them to see exactly what the doctor sees during procedures. This allows for an increased understanding of the procedures and a greatly increased ability to actively participate in patient care. As an added benefit, the assistants are provided with chairs with armrests that allow the assistant to sit comfortably upright during procedures. Training and continuing education will be provided to ensure that you feel confident in your new role.
The assistants will work under the supervision of the endodontist and will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in the office, ranging from patient care to administrative duties. This position is the most varied and flexible in the office and requires a diverse set of skills: clinical, clerical, interpersonal, technological, and more.
